Genesis Owners: What vehicle did your Genesis replace?

2012 - Hyundai Genesis Premium (with XENON!) Satin white/pearl - Saddle

Replaced a 2005 Nissan Armada (Blizzard White) with 173k miles.

First Hyundai and glad I made purchase.

A month ago bought 2015 Genny 3.8 RWD ,Ultimate package pearl white with dark interior. Tinted the windows same day , replaced the trunk badge And bought fog lights,just needs to be installed.
Replaced 2012 Sonata 2.0 T Limited. I loved the Sonata,but Iove the Genny more now )

Genesis was the best vehicle I ever owned until I purchased the 2015 Model
Drove it 18 hours straight without feeling a bit tired...Paid for it the next week tho.. Vehicle is White , Glass Roof with two tone beige interior

Simple question, what vehicle did your Genesis replace? I'm curious to see how many of you owned a Hyundai prior to purchasing the Genesis. For those of you who are coming from another brand, please specify if this is your first Hyundai vehicle. If not, please list what Hyundai(s) you've owned previously.

As for me, the Genesis was a direct replacement for my 2006 Honda Pilot. Since my better half now also drives an SUV, I didn't see the need to have two utility vehicles in our household, plus I missed the luxury of my former car (GS430). When I need to take the dogs somewhere or haul something large/bulky I'll just use our Outlander. The Genesis is my first Hyundai vehicle.

I replaced my 08 Ford Fusion, V-6 SEL, Black with Beige cloth interior, at 108K Miles. It was a very good car, but it was time for upgrade for my commute to work. And my back is thanking me every day now! The 2015 redesign, abundance of safety features, and the good reviews is what made me decide to drive 9 hours roundtrip to get the color and package configuration I wanted. This IS my first Hyundai.

About 18 months ago my wife and I bought our first Hyundai, a 2011 Sonata Limited, that one replaced her Honda Accord. We have enjoyed the Sonata so much that I knew that another Hyundai would be on my short list for my new car. In October the time came and I found a awesome deal on my 2013 Genesis, that replaced my Chevy Suburban. The funny thing is that before the Honda we had been a Chevy family, now there is nothing but beautiful Hyundai's in our garage.

My 2013 Genny Sedan replaces a Dodge Intrepid, which I found to be a very good car. My wife was t-boned by a 16 year old on her phone and totaled the Dodge. I am enjoying my R-spec a lot. Car is great, 20 k with no problems.

A week ago, my 2015 Genesis Coupe, 3.8 Ultimate w/ manual transmission, replaced a 2013 Veloster Style package, normally aspirated. I bought the V to be a daily driver, replacing my '05 TBird which has been gradually modified to the extent it was becoming a show car. The Veloster was the cheapest sporty car I could find, so I could put my mad money int the Bird. Now I feel I can afford to upgrade the Veloster.
