So I got excited over my picture of the wrong screen. It turns out that I got 33 which is my high from before, not 36mpg. Still wondering what the highest anyone has seen is?

So I got excited over my picture of the wrong screen. It turns out that I got 33 which is my high from before, not 36mpg. Still wondering what the highest anyone has seen is?

I depends on how long the trip is. If I hit the reset button at the top of a steep hill, I can hit 99 mpg (the max on the display) for a short period of time.

Best mileage I ever got on a tank (full to 52 miles left) was calculated at 29.7 (31 on computer). I've seen 34's over long highway stretches. With 23,000 miles on the odo, I have been very pleased with the increase in economy over time. When we first got the car (V6), mileage wasn't anything to write home about with our normal commutes seeing lows in the 17-18 range and highs in 22-23 range. Now that same commute is at least 20 and highs 26-28 (wife has been using the HOT lanes more as well). I will know this winter how much is the car being settled in vs. summer/winter thing.
