I too am one of those left in the dark.
Inquired with Genesis about the GV60 in Oct 2021, gave deposit/personal info to the dealer in Jan 2022, pre-order went into system day 1 on Feb 8. Ordered Melbourne Grey, Black interior.
Only contact from experience manager was getting digital product sheet by email, contacted me about pre-order going in, seeing demo when it arrived. That's about it. Everytime I ask about status of delivery, they tell me there's nothing new they can tell me. I don't doubt them, as I see on here there are some in the same situation.
I sent a long detailed email to Genesis Canada regarding my experience. Got a pretty generic reply, noting difficulties in supply chain, chip shortages, and high volume of pre-orders. Nothing to address my concerns about my particular experience, order queues, or lack of transparancy in the allocations or delivery status.
For a brand that is trying to sell the "Genesis Experience", I'm not sure I have much faith in the brand.
