Quick review of my test drive this morning. Took the whole family (I am 6'4" , wife is 6ft, son is 6'5", and twin girls are 5'6").
Overall impressions:
Slightly smaller than the GV70 beside it and the Ionic 5.
Drivers seat is great, with it all the way back there is about 4-5in space to the back seat. My foot just barely rests on the gas pedal and is probably a long drive cruising position only. The thigh bolster (only on performance) is good but probably not a game changer as the seat was longer than most. The massage function (performance only) was decent and kind of off putting at first. Still not sure how I activated and deactivated it.
Headroom in front was plenty.
Back headroom was snug for 6ft and taller, leg room was good even behind me and my son sitting in the front. Back seats can recline more if you move the rear hatch cover to a different location (3 options) but doesn't improve headroom.
Fit and finish was great as were the materials (not a fan of the silver steering
wheel controls). The door and headliners were very nice. Displays were excellent.
Acceleration was great, I hit the boost on a curved on ramp to the dismay of my wife in the backseat (save it for straight aways). The Eco setting is good, keeps you wanting more speed but is sufficient. Sport mode really gets you moving and is responsive. The range changes as you switch drive modes.
Range started around 375 at 95% charge.
