Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

As I write this, we have enough responses for a partial result, but not for a full result.
We might yet get to a full result, but it's going to be tight. If you haven't signed up yet, please consider doing so. If you have already signed up, please respond to the survey.

If you signed up before last Tuesday, you should have received an email with links to the survey last Tuesday. If you signed up since then, you should receive such an email tomorrow.

Just wanted to let everyone know that we're now over the minimum amount of data needed for a full result on February 5. So, thanks to this forum and its members, we'll have the first reliability information on the Genesis.
Great job, everyone who's been participating.
There are still a couple weeks left to respond before the results. As always, a larger sample size is a better sample size.
If you haven't signed up yet, it's never too late. Going forward there will be updated results every three months, to closely track these cars as they age.

We've updated the result for the Genesis to include owner experiences through the end of March. A big thank you to this forum and its members for making this result possible.
Genesis owners reported more repairs during the past quarter than they did earlier. The reported repair rate has increased, to 67 repairs per 100 cars per year. This is perhaps a little worse than average, but close enough that we call it "average." Still not a bad result for an all-new model.
The key thing is whether the repair rate levels off here, or continues to worsen. With prompt quarterly updates, we'll track them closely. The more participants we have, the better the information we can provide.
