If there are no holes that line up, obviously you will first have to grind off the posts with a Dremel tool.
To align the wings, get some blue painters tape and lay it across the upper edge of where you want the badge to be. Then measure the tape (and use a level) to make sure it straight across. Do the same on the other dimension sideways. When the tape is perfectly positioned, then butt the emblem up against the tape and press firmly for a few minutes, and then remove the blue painters tape that was applied to position the wings. This is how it was done on the front badge for 2009-2014 Genesis (there are no holes in the USA hoods).
A car is like a boat, a level does not work very well unless you know the ground you are on is in fact level and or the car. Measuring up and marking from a straight edge with tape will yield exact results.
