  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Price Paid For 2015 Genesis

Hello everyone. Just picked up a white 3.8 RWD w/ tech package. Got it down to $42,800 before reg and tax. Had 2010 Genesis 3.8 with tech and 2012 Optima SX. Wow...what an upgrade. Anyway glad to be back on this forum.

PS. gotta update my signature.

You spend almost $50k on a car and you have to go get it? I am sorry, but if a dealer wants my business they will get the car to you.

Who we talking about here?

I purchases a 3.8 Ultimate, MSRP $50,588 I walked out paying $46,600 + TTL. I also had them agree to adding all weather mats, rebadging the rear, tinting, rear bumper applique, and clear front bra at no cost. They are also shipping my vehicle from Arlington down to Houston. I also got the platinum extended warranty for $1300. I think I got a good deal??

No. ... I'd say you got a RIDICULOUSLY good deal. :) See my other recent post on problems I'M having ... *jealous*

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
Just purchased a Caspian Black 3.8 Ultimate with rear wing and tint for $50,440 OTD. It took me a while to find a good dealer in SoCal to meet that price but made it with what I wanted.

sorry for my confusing description, I meant that I had the rear wing emblem installed. :(

but I am thinking of getting the rear roof spoiler shipped out from Korea. My cousin also has a Genesis in Korea, and has an aftermarket one that seems pretty nice.

Same here. I'm eyeing this one right now.

Hi Folks, apologies if this question has already been asked, but can the $1,000 Hyundai loyalty rebate be used with Hyundai Circle pricing?

Has anyone negotiated pricing from their Hyundai dealer that is materially better than the Hyundai Circle pricing?

Thanks!

Some posted elsewhere, but this thread is about money so I'm runnin' it by all of us on THIS thread too.

Deal I cut for a 2015 Black on Black Ultimate - assuming it's what they put on paper at time of signing - is standard national residual value of $31,548 and standard MF (Money factor) of .00150. They accepted the Honda Circle pricing of $47,540 and I agreed to $1000 money down. Supposedly the only additional fees are taxes of $2,134.97, a $75 Doc fee, a $10 inspection fee, $2.50 tire disposal and the bank fee of $595 all of which are rolled in. This results in either $639.82 for 36 months with 12,000 miles or - if as I think this number doesn't take into account the $1,000 down payment I agreed to- a monthly of $613.30.

Sound good yay or nay?

Since we're "strictly" talking about the price we paid, here's my number.

I paid $40,9xx OUT THE DOOR for my 2015 Ibiza Blue 5.0 Ultimate.

You had mentioned this previously in this thread and that you got a Hyundai employee price, as well as the other current discounts:
"Employee discount gets it down to 41k + motozuma ($500) + Hyundai Loyalty Discount ($1,000) = $39,781.80. This price doesn't include trading in my R-Spec."

Your price stated would put the Plan A pricing at 25% off MSRP, which is significantly more than assumed. This is an outlier and of little use to anyone here except for bragging rights, unless one can get the same discount without being an employee. Are you an employee or did you get a coupon?

Neither Motozuma (now BoostUp) nor HLD can be used with 'Plan E' pricing and I have mentioned multiple times that I work for Hyundai. Also, I did not specify which "Circle Pricing" I had used. I simply put it as "employee discount." While it is true that majority of people on here will NOT benefit from my posts, however, I just provided the information in which OP was requesting, albeit unhelpful one. I purchased it as a personal car so cut me some slack here. ;)

Slack cut and congrats on a great price and a great color choice. ;)
