That is an EXCELLENT deal! I'm getting close to pulling the trigger also, now that I discovered I was eligible for Hyundai Circle pricing. (I just started a new job and decided to inquire) Yay! It appears my price will be very close to your's. (Circle pricing+ Boost + military-hubby)

BTW, what dealership did you get it from? I talked to Sterling McCall yesterday and it looks I will go with them. They don't have the car I want, but can get my 2nd choice color. (White/beige - 5.0 Ultimate)

Enough of all that... how about some pics?? I know you snapped a couple. :-)

CONGRATS!!

Kim

I bought today at invoice, 51850 less 500 lease cash and 500 military.

It was a dealer locate so I'll pick t up tomorrow and take some pcs.

MSRP for my 3.8 Ultimate RWD was $50,300. Paid $45,470 minus the loyal rebate of $1000. Final price was $44,470 plus tax and licensing. I also used the 2012 Hyundai Assurance Guarantee that came with my 2012 G which got me a good price on my trade-in. That program has been discontinued. I'll miss my 2012 G but the 2015 seems like an incredible automobile.

You did good -- a hair better than my own deal. (50,200 down to 44,500). Congratulations.

Thanks. I got it from North Freeway Hyundai - quite a drive from Pearland, but it was (mostly) a no-BS dealing.
Got silver/gray, no pics :D

Picked the car up today. Was sorry to see my Corvette go but this car will be lots more useful for me.

Genesis 5.0 with Ultimate. It has all the little add ons except first aid kit. Final sticker was 56150. After lease cash and military I paid 50850. Traded my 08 Corvette convertible with every option and 49890 miles on it and got 31850 for it, which I thought was more than fair.

As I mentioned, the car was a locate and showed up with some issues. The entire grill needs to be replaced as it was broken in a couple of places. Not broken like cracked and falling apart but a few bent struts and discolored sections. Also, the dealer didn't include the sd card for the nav and they are now serial numbered to the car so they couldn't get the nav to work. Some slight scuffing on the rear tail light box surrounds. They may need to be replaced.

They seemed unsure if I was going to take the car but having dealt with Corvette issues over the years I'm confident everything will get worked out to my satisfaction.

I've found that this experience has been a lot like buying a Corvette at a Chevy dealer. A very different experience compared to buying my wife's new Lexus last year.

Nevertheless its a very nice car. It will take me a little time to get used to the size but I may just take the Lexus and give this to the wife. She likes it a lot.

I'm also glad I got the 5.0. We drove the 3.8 but it seemed to take a lot of prodding to get the car move. The 5.0 is effortless and the low end torque is much appreciated.

I'm looking forward to many years of seeing the Genesis brand grow and be recognized as quite comparable to Lexus and Mercedes.

Yep, that is kinda far, but I may consider going there if Sterling can't find a car for me. I have been waiting & waiting for someone to post good pics of a silver Genny. That was one of my first choices. C'mon just a few good pics. ;)

Silver was probably the most popular car for the 2009-2014 Genesis. Since silver is the color of steel (what the car is made from) it is classic. Black is also popular, but no so much is really hot climates.

Black interior is no problem if you get a good quality ceramic tint job (Formula One Pinnacle or equivalent). Black interior provides some nice privacy that lighter interior colors don't have.

Awesome! That is my favorite combo! Although my hubby talked me out of the black. (it rains too much in Houston) ;-( So now I'm in search of a White-Beige 5.0 in my area. Can't wait! ;-)

Got the car today! I have a 2013 Genesis 3.8 Track 6sp so I told the dealer I planned on rebadging the back.. He told me don't worry and they put an wing emblem on it while it was in detailing. It is an awesome car! It literally drives itself..amazing! Tint appointment Monday, still haven't decided if I am going 5% or 32%.. I have 5% on my coupe..Can't wait to take it
Out tomorrow for a long drive!

I just purchased a V8 Ultimate. The MSRP is $55,700. I paid $51,323 less applicable rebates plus TT&L and a $200 documentary fee. I have negotiated quite a few cars and this one is an excellent price for this vehicle.

There is a Hyundai Boost Up rebate that is open to everyone. Hyundai matches dollar for dollar every dollar in your account, up to $500. The account must be open for 30 days prior to purchase. So, in essence it is a $500 rebate.

2015 5.0 Ultimate with 3M crystalline 70 all over and 3m crystalline 90 on the windshield

XBOHDPuKC: It looks FABULOUS!! The 70% tint looks really good on silver. Nice!

You should be able to get any dealer who gives you a good deal to get any local dealer to trade inventory, I ended up getting mine from Sterling McCall. they actually got the car from Ron Carter (which adds like 2k of options) so I ended up getting the protective coating interior and exterior and tinting and pin stripe free. I also was dealing with North Freeway and Hub Hyundai, was going to deal with North Freeway but they were not responsive to my email or phone call inquiries, I do expect good customer service prior to handing someone @50k.

Hi,
Has anyone used Costco or AAA auto purchase? What was your experience? Any great dealer experiences in the San Fernando Valley area of LA?
Thanks,
Steve
