  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Btw, I forgot to thank you for your service. My dad was in the Navy so I know all about moving everywhere as a child. Thank you for serving our country.

Thanks man I really appreciate that! Yea the moving can become tiresome but I enjoy the Military overall.

Just got this yesterday.

Hey Everyone!

First, I just want to thank you all, this forum was one of the reasons I decided to buy a Genesis. I picked it up 2 weeks ago, and finally got a chance to rip up the sea to sky hwy (Vancouver to Whistler) today, and grabbed this shot while I was out.

Just signed up with flickr so hopefully this link works:

It's a 5.0 Ultimate in Casablanca white, and Black interior. Loving the ride so far.

Mods are next, looking at wheels first. Thinking about 20" black split 5 spoke like these. http://blog.wtwcorp.com/wp-content/...ncave_black_rims_wheels_high-performance.jpeg

Then I want to try and paint the Calipers blue, I am hoping the Blue Calipers will really stand out against the black wheels with White paint.

:welcome: Boatshoes, Kylo, and Wolfhawk!

I gave her a good wash, clay, and polish using Menzerna Super Finish (Nano) and a black CCS pad, then sealed with Zaino Z-5. This is the first time it's been polished, and while the swirls weren't bad it looks a lot better now. I also corrected some overspray from when I had a couple of rock chips fixed a while back. I still have a couple more spots to correct, but I'll need a smaller pad.

The light would have been perfect a couple of hours later in the evening, but by then I was already sitting down to dinner and wasn't going back out.

I also didn't get any before pictures. The swirls weren't enough to show up on camera, and during there were other people trying to use our community's car wash area so I didn't want to hold them up any more than was necessary.
