Hey Kev, the Koko Kutures have been on my shortlist for my '16 Ultimate, although I'll probably go Silver against the Ibiza. Must say, however, that I'm surprised by how good the Black looks on yours.

I'm curious what Coilovers you installed as you got the wheel gap dialed-in perfectly. I had planned to go with the Ark Perf. GT-F's but seeing yours has me debating, so any info is much appreciated. Thx!

There is no specific procedure. You can mess with the factory harness or made the adapter as I did.

Well, here is the SAFETY aspect of a 2015 3.8, my sons today. And, yes both of them walked away with only pride hurt and a few bruises. Every Air Bag went off. My son was faulted but no ticket as other guy who hit him admitted to speeding. It was on a blind curve, a car passed, my son went to turn and car came around the curve really fast.

That is a pretty good smack to walk away from. Nice to know it holds up and they are safe. Good luck with insurance and stuff now.

I am happy that your family was able to walk away mostly uninjured severely from that horrific accident. We(forum members) tend to focus more on the performance aspect of the Genesis cars while forgetting that the G80/Genesis sedan is a tank from a structural point. The car can take a hit very very well and protect the occupants from major injury.

Posts like this remind of me of how safe this car is. Thank for sharing.
