That blue is beautiful I had a Passat that was a similar color I love that color but there were no used ones available so my decision was easier! :-)

Its typical. I'm a magnet for issues like this especially with this car it seams. Nothing has gone right since day one.

This wheel thing sux. I've got thousands of dollars in limbo at the moment. Ugh

How the hell do you "lose" four wheels and tires? C'mon FedEx, call it what it is.

Not to make it worse but a buddy of mine moves states and FedEx lost his 72” 4K tv it was like a 6000$ tv that he is trying to get them to pay for right now

Yikes. It shouldn't be a struggle to get them to pay for it! They lost it, seems like an open and shut case. Why wouldnt they? That's just unscrupulous if they dont.

Well, the good news for me is that I paid by credit card, so I will just file a claim with them on Monday and let them deal with it.

Pretty bad that FedEx has a record of them entering the system, but then disappearing and they blame it on the Holiday season that they just got "misplaced." The first set was damaged by a fork lift. Unreal.

Seems like FedEx "loses" high value items more frequently than I thought according to several reviews online. That's what happens when you pay low wages and hire temp employees...

Yeah, they're gone Man. They've totally disappeared from their system. I just hope I can get my $$ back so I cam start all over again with a different company.
 
A similar thing happened to my son once, when he bought a set of wheels and tires. UPS delivered three out of four with no explanation as to where the fourth one was. It was very frustrating. A week or so later it was finally delivered. Bizarre.

I would be totally heated if I was you. Hopefully you do get your money back quickly and can find a different vendor to buy from. Mine came fed ex as well but luckily they shipped from Cali and I’m in nv so not much time to get lost lol Please keep us updated I feel your pain. Takes a lot of time in research and decisions and money on top of that for wheels.

Latest is that I recieved an update text that says a shipping exception happened, reason is Damage for three of the four, but location and status of the fourth is unknown. The three are scheduled for delivery tuesday.

Should be interesting to see what the damage is and where the fourth one is. No idea how I'm going to handle this, but I only have this week to do so as I will be on holiday vacation for two weeks and wont be able to do shi%. What a pain in the arse.

Have you spoken to the supplier? If one was damaged, then guessing fedex would need to make a claim and source another one from supplier. See if they have been contacted and what the normal process would be. Ultimately FedEx is just shipping them from point A to B, so supplier maybe more informed.

Sorry to hear you are going through this crap though. Frustrating to say the least, especially when you have money in limbo. Wishing a speedy resolution for you and some photos of the wheels soon!!!

Ok, so fedex notified me that they located the wheels and should be delivering tomorrow... we shall see. Hopefully they do show up and are undamaged. Fingers crossed.

No wonder Amazon has banned FedEx as a delivery medium...until FedEx fixes their shit anyway.
