Already has 295's on the back, lower profiles. The key thing I am hoping to get is a true sport transmission. With the ECU/TCU tune it moves the redline to 7,000 and locks out the autoshift. No plans on over-revving but would be quicker if you can change higher in the power band.
I use 93 octane and the 5.0 has nothing but power to give so I agree. Lack of traction is the Genesis worst enemy in my opinion even in stock form. I would first just buy stickier tires and turn off the traction control; and then go from there if you want more performance. I am sure the car" even in stock form" will give you a good 4.7-4.8 second 0-60 times with only better performance tires.
