  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I was able to purchase take offs from a 2015 V8 Genesis with new Hankook tires. Basically OEM staggered V8 wheels. Got a good deal but they arrived by screwed up again oups pretty badly damaged. I gave them to a neighbour of mine whose kid is crazy about cars. Actually has one of those big winged turbo Subarus which he is always painting something on it so I asked him to fix my wheels. He told me a charcoal black with a hint of metal flake with a good clear coat would look great so I let him do it. OMG they came out even better then the stockers. May have to do my summer set the same way. :D Now I just need to let the clear coat dry a couple of weeks before attempting to mount the winters.

Those do look good - and that color will hide brake dust nicely! Where did you find the set to buy?

Honestly - I think those are your new summer wheels. :)

Agreed. Those should be your summer wheels. Oh wait, you have more winter than summer up there. Keep them as winter tire wheels :D Very nice paint job...

From a person who decided to get larger wheels after purchasing a new Genesis. :D I suggest you search local ads, craigs list and ebay. Be warned though, like a needle in a hay stack. Forget the dealer unless you want to get raped for around $1300 each. This would be in Canada in Canadian dollars plus you need to add another 15% in tax on top of that so around. $6000 for the set of 4 new from the stealership. Absolutely ridiculous!
