What is blinking red light in middle of dash

I park my 2015 Genesis in my garage. At night, when parked in the dark garage, I notice a blinking red LED light in the middle of the top of the dash near the windshield. What is this light? Part of some security system? (I don't lock the doors of the car when it is parked in my garage).

You can't believe the ribbing I take, especially this season when Michigan seems to be losing football games every week. We have season tickets for the Buckeyes AND tickets for four home Michigan games this season (We sell the OSU ones when there is a date conflict). It keeps us busy going to all the games this Fall.

Just look at it like this: all the driving to various games is opportunity for highway miles in the Genesis!! Well, except there is that whole stadium parking thing. On second thought...
