ikonn, I don't come to this forum often enough to remember your particular situation, but I'm assuming you're talking about a new car. If it feels like a tire out of balance, and that has been checked, have all the tires checked for an 'out-of-round' condition. It is a very simple test, but no one wants to admit that modern, good quality tires can get out of the factory in this condition. Believe me, they can and do.
Another thing to check is to see if all/most of the weights are in one place on the
wheel. In that case, the tire should be dismounted from the
wheel, partially rotated and rebalanced. Spend a little money, and find a GOOD tire shop. This sort of thing is not in the dealer service shop's "How to - - " handbook.
