We took a road trip yesterday and visited 4 different dealerships checking out all the color combos again. When going thru their large screen computer in the showroom at one of the dealerships I spotted this and took a picture of it.
I remember someone on here asking if the back of the seats were also heated & ventilated. This confirms that for those who wanted to know (me included).
The first place we stopped at was Napletons Hyundai on Northlake Blvd in Riviera Beach. They had a 3.8 Montecito Blue with all (3) packages and with gray interior setting out front. I had the salesman grab the keys so I could check out the interior. I started the car and the seat & steering
wheel automatically adjusted to whomever preset the seat. What was amazing was how the bolsters grabbed you and hugged you into the seat. The next thing I noticed was how the dash lit up like a fighter jet.

Truly a classy vehicle compared to my 2002 Honda Civic SI. The wife really liked the gray interior and so did I. Next we went inside and checked out the only other car they had on the lot. A Black 5.0 base model. Gotta love this color as well. It had the black interior. Salesman tried to tell me it was the top of the line until I pointed out that it was not the Ultimate package.
Seemed like the salesman was new. He kept leaning on the car while talking to him. I am sure those buttons on the back of his pants aren't good for the paint
Next we traveled further south to Delray Hyundai. Night an day difference from the previous dealership. They had no cars in there showroom as it was a smaller building. They had tables & chairs set-up where a couple cars could fit. But on the flip side, they had 24 cars on there lots. Just about every color with the exception of the two blue colors.
A guy was just buying the Manhattan Brown sitting out front. I was still on the fence on this color until you read further into this post. One thing this stop did for us was show us how the cars look when dirty. There was a lot of construction on this street and there overflow lot across the street where most of there cars were at showed us how dust looks on the cars.
Black, white & brown (as can expected) looked the worst. But when we seen the silver, grays & beige color cars, they hid the dust the best. Looked almost clean from 15ft away.
I told them that we are about 2 weeks away from pulling the trigger on a car but they insisted they run some numbers for me. They said they can get me the 5.0 Ultimate Montecito Blue with gray interior from another dealer and would sell it to me below MSRP for $53,500. I didn't mention that I can get it for $50,000 with the Hyundai Circle program. I found it interesting that without any haggling that they dropping $3k off the price.
Next stop was King Hyundai down in Deerfield Beach. They had 25 on their lot and had them scattered all around two lots. This place was very unorganized. They had cars parked everywhere with no rhyme or reason. They didn't have any of the grays or blues on their lot. They did have about 10 or so of the 2014's on the lot and twice as many Equus. The salesman said he could do a great deal on two cars. A Genesis & Equus as my wife loves the Equus ever since she sat in one at the Fort Lauderdale car show. I told him my wallet couldn't make that deal

. My wife said she love her Honda and will wait until the grandkids get older before thinking about getting a new car. My wallet is happy again
The last dealership we attempted to stop at was Coconut Creek Hyundai. We couldn't even find a place to park to get out an look at any cars here. I never seen a dealership that looked like it was in a strip mall the way the parking was so limited. According to their website they had 20 Genesis on their lot. I guess we should have waited around for a spot to open but we were getting hungry.
Hope this info helps those of you who are still looking at all there options before pulling the trigger on this awesome car. This trip helped me open up my color options a bit more (added Empire State Gray to my exterior list) so when I am ready, I hopefully will be able to get a car in short order instead of having to wait a month or two more.
I liked all interior colors that I seen so I will not be limited to one specific color there. I do favor the Beige interior the best & gray 2nd best but can live with any of the 4 colors. The wife doesn't like the Ivory or Black but it is not her car so she really doesn't care what I get.
As for the exterior colors I have ruled out Ibiza Blue, Pamplona Red, Manhattan Brown, Caspian Black, Casablanca White, Marrakesh Beige & Santiago Silver. I truly love the Caspian Black best of those colors but because I have no room in my 2 car garage for a car because of my wood shop, I don't want to spend weekends keeping it clean. Would much rather be driving it
I do like the Montecito Blue, Parisian Gray, Empire State Gray colors and wouldn't mind driving anyone of these colors and have narrowed my picks to these. If I stick to my interior preference of Beige, that would narrow me back to just the Montecito Blue as the other two colors don't have Beige as an option. Hence the reason for todays trip. Investigate all the exterior & interior colors one last time. I found that I can live with any of the interior colors that they have to offer as well as added the Empire State Gray color to my external color options. Hopefully by the middle of September I will be a new owner and become part of the Hyundai Family.
