Price Paid For 2015 Genesis

I found the only 3.8L Ultimate in Manhattan Brown in the northeast in Bowie, MD. It was a manager's car with 2200 miles. Sold as new with USAA buying service, loyalty $1000, military $500, for $42100. Offered me a joke for trade-in of my 2011 4.6L so I'm selling it privately.

2015 Genesis 5.0 Ultimate Black on Black
MSRP $55,830
Discount -$6,242
$49,855 Vehicle cost before TTL
Sales Tax $3,099
Misc Fees $367
$53,054 Final "Out-the Door" Cost

In Dallas/Fort Worth land.
I struggled with this for a good long while to get the pricing where I wanted it and think the deal was reasonable.

Newly acquired 2015 Genesis AWD Ultimate Package, MSLP 52650, paid 46738 w/ Military discount.

I bought my 5.0 Ultimate last week in the Tampa Bay area. It has wheel locks, first aid kit, rear bumper protector, and all weather floor mats.

MSRP $55,950
Price $49,790 + $599 dealer fee

I negotiated free maintenance (including oil changes) and dealer installed window tint all around to offset some of the dealer fee. I did not qualify for any rebates.

I bought my 2015 5.0 Ultimate for $51,500. Sticker was $55,700. Was only white with black interior in California. No dealers wanted to trade for it so had to have it shipped 200 miles south of me. I know I could have saved more if I went for another color, but was set on that.

Bought a 2015 3.8L Signature, Parisian Gray/ Black Interior. Wing Emblem thrown in, incl. install (after final numbers negotiated), as well as free basic service (oil, rotation,...) for 5 years. Sticker was $43,205 plus dealer fees ($899), tax, (7% Dade County Florida) tag, title. Got $1000 loyalty, final price finance dis $39,339. Wrote a check for $2500.00 Oh, also has cargo tray, wheel locks, first aid kid, trunk deck lid protector (film).

Purchased 2015 3.8 Ultimate Ibiza Blue / Ivory :D
Made Date: Nov 2014
MSRP: 50,105
OTD w tax: 45,200

Tint/Mud Guards/De-badged/Rear Wing/Wheel Locks/Rear Applique/Cargo Net & Tray/First Aid Kit/Door Edge Guards/ 6 year MPP Platinum Care

2015 3.8 Ultimate White / Beige with all the extra accessories
Paid 45,353 + tax and fees

I got the car the day after they received it off the truck. 14 miles on it. :D

I didn't qualify for any of the incentives, so I think I got a good deal. Plus, I didn't have to do any negotiating. Asked my friend that I wanted this car for $45k. He contacted some people and also took care of my trade in. Painless process. Only problem is that I waited a good 2 hours to get my car after finishing the papers, but whatever. The salesman that got my sale was lucky.

There was no ultimate Empire State Gray or Montecito Blue in the entire state of Florida according to my friend, so I was bummed. So I got the white. Better than black here in FL in my opinion.

Are you in South Florida?
Looks like the color thing is going on for quite a while.
I also had to choose between black and white. No other colors available.
"My friend" also took care about all the process [emoji6]

I had to wait a month for a Montecito Blue with Beige interior to show up here in South Florida. It was worth the wait.

I kinda wanted the same thing, blue with beige interior, but I couldn't wait God knows how long :) And my previous 2012 Sonata 2.0T Limited was the same. I thought may be time for change something, and the Pearl White wasn't that bad, just now I see the differences , some better, some not. But deeply inside I would go for the blue again [emoji18]

Nope, Central Florida. I was told dealerships like ordering black and white because it's the safest colors to sell. Who knows how long I would have had to wait for the other color and if I would be able to get it.

Same here, I couldn't wait and didn't want to, and also was told that these colors here FL is easier to sell, as I wanted Montecito blue with beige interior and AWD, he told me that if I I will want to get higher price when I'll be selling, I should go to Canada or up North LOL. Don't know why :))

Mine was on the lot just waiting for me! [emoji3] Most color combos are nice, but this one is magnificent!

I had a few dealers with the Montecito Blue color on the lots but not with the other features I wanted or had to many miles on it. I found 3.8 models, 5.0 models with Ivory interior and one in my color combo I wanted (beige interior) but had over 500 miles on it. I wanted one with little miles on it.

I noticed some of the members talking about fitting the led fog lights on a 3.8. The dealer that I'm talking to, said that the warranty may go void if I do that after getting the car. Does anyone have any insight to share on this?

I was just quoted $489 a month + $31 sales tax for a 2015 Genesis 3.6 AWD ultimate with $2K out of pocket on a 36 month lease with 15K miles a year. The sticker price is $52,850.

Does that seem like a good deal?
