  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

What things don't you like in the G70?

I spoke to Genesis USA Consumer Affairs yesterday and the we’re looking into the watch and said that Genesis does not have a Galaxy smart watch. Looks like it was a fake box and a real watch. At least that’s what they determined.
I think the Korea division is just doing more to be upscale for the community. It could have been a promo where they just had galaxy watches put in genesis marked boxes.

Milage for sure, infotainment system a bit outdated, and no heated steering wheel.

I got 33.5 MPG on the Hiway to SA the other day. I think that's decent.

In what way, besides graphics/visuals, is the Infotainment outdated?

I, too, have a heated steering wheel. AWD with prestige. It's a packaging choice.

There is no AWD 3.3T around me. Like NONE!

It took me some time to find the one I wanted. Ultimately I "ordered" one--which really is just reaching an agreement on price with the local dealer and then they make a request for delivery from port.
I think Genesis may have underestimated demand on the 3.3 AWD -- or, perhaps it is just perception--in that I could find a whole lot of what I did not want and it took a while to find what I wanted.
If you find one someplace in the U.S. (assuming you are in U.S.) -- you could also consider reaching out to the dealer--make a deal (internet/phone/email)-- but you do not have to be there in person. You can either fly out and drive the car back or can set it up to be shipped to you (dealers do that all the time).
It can take more work; and may or may not be worth it--depending on how much you want a particular car/type.

There was only 1 in Houston in March when I got my 2.0T. I wanted the Siberian Ice but my guess was that there was not going to be many AWD Prestige in Siberian Ice in the US - there was only 1 red one in 500 miles. And I knew if I ordered or had it brought in I'd have lost the sweet deal the dealership was tossing to me to buy the one on the lot.

Texas is pretty big last time I checked. Did Trump f$%k up the wall and cut the State in half? Wouldn't surprise me...LOL.

;)

I started looking around...and very few. I used Amarillo and got some results close to there...but not TX

Have a question on my new G70 that I just picked up yesterday. The GPS does not appear to be working and constantly shows the same location in Michigan (a Hyundai testing center) and I can't change the Time/Date settings (the button in setup doesn't allow you to click). The dealer is working on getting an answer/fix but I figured I would ask you all too since it seems like there are some experts on the board...

Wonder if this is your issue: Carplay GPS Incorrect

This is a major annoyance here in the AZ sun. May have to Black it out. Doesn’t look like much in the photo but when it hits you right square in the eye holycrap that is bright.

One of those "Oooops!" things that Engineering probably never even thought about.
