  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Other cool cars like the G70

Not really G70 related, but I'm sure there are quite of few of you who, like me, have SUVs as the family hauler. Pretty good comparison between the STelluride and the Palisade from Throttle House.

(Incidentally I completely agree with them: the perfect combo for these would be the Telluride's exterior with the Palisade's interior).

Uh-oh G70, Lexus is tired of getting the sand kicked in their face. The IS-500 is an IS with a V8.

Nice! Love the sound and feel of NA motors. Interesting to see where they slot this in terms of segment and pricing.

This will be way more expensive than a fully loaded G70 3.3TT and not be any faster.

Glad to see that Lexus is still keeping NA V8's alive though, but it couldn't save the GS from getting killed off anyway.

I wonder what Genesis is going to do seeing that the competition either still has V8's and V8's are returning to their lineup. I'm still holding out to see if there will be a G80 sport or N with a V8 and if the next G90 will have a V8. If they're sticking with the turbo 6 then I guess it's the G90 for me :(

Electric - V8s are cool but not the future

They're the future but they're not good enough for me right now. For the amount of driving I do, I'd much rather have hydrogen than a plug in electric. Fill up in 10 mins and go. It'd be another 10 years before there's a battery that can quick charge without degrading the battery over time. Until then, I'm going V8 as long as they're available.

You asked what Genesis is going to do... Genesis doesn't agree with you but I do get your point.

BTW: The new Genesis electrics coming out have a 0-80% charge time of 18 minutes....

If you love 16 mpg city have at it, lol. I get 20 mpg with my G70 and I feel like that already is a lot of fillups.

RCF in the $90K range and this one won't be far behind.

I don't actually mind the styling, my main question would be the price range.

Cadillac CT4-V review. These two certainly aren't my favorite of Youtube reviewers, but here it is.
Ive actually been feeling that same way for a while now, I used to love them. Throttle house/savage geese seem more up the actual enthusiast alley

Im surprised there was no mention of the G70/Stinger as a comparison. Seems like a decent car though

^ actually...that is 0-100 km/h.

So...it should hit 60 mph in 3.2 - 3.3 seconds.

I think it looks awesome...as well as the interior.

This is the 1st EV that I am seriously considering if the price is right.
