Galaxy S22+ here, I had the same issues. I reinstalled the Genesis app and it seems to be working now. I got a notification that my doors were unlocked after reinstalling. I have not charged yet but hopefully those notifications will work as well. The new Enel app is horrible in every possible way. I deleted and reinstalled that app as well with no luck. The old app was soooo much better, and had better options.Cannot get push notifications from the updated genesis app on my zflip 4... Actually same goes to the new enel (juicepass) app. Juicepass isn't reachable, genesis "created a ticket". Anybody else? Deleted and uploaded again both, all permissions are given in settings. Frustrating
Perhaps they need to do a minor redesign to the rear hatch to accommodate a rear wiper and washer. Was out in a light snowstorm this morning and was reminded this is really a serious issue. Also nothing wrong with a washer to clean the rear camera too. I've seen it on other cars and it was effective. Not so easy given the split window. You would need wipers like the originals in this ad:
I live in a very cold climate and I have had zero issues with my handles or the back windshield. I was a little worried about both, but it has been fine for me....even in the snow. Maybe you just need to brush the snow off your roof before you drive?Strongly disagree. As others have said snow is a huge problem. Even without snow, needing to manually clean the rear window frequently gets old fast. If they hear enough complaints hopefully they will correct this oversight in the future.
Not super cold here, but cold enough and I've only cleaned my back window when washing my car on my timeline. No issues either.I live in a very cold climate and I have had zero issues with my handles or the back windshield. I was a little worried about both, but it has been fine for me....even in the snow. Having driven too many trucks , vans with no rear view through the rear view mirror, I hardly notice the poor design for the GV60 rear view. A virtual view would have been idealNot super cold here, but cold enough and I've only cleaned my back window when washing my car on my timeline. No issues either.

I can't help feeling folks are overthinking this concern. They do have the virtual rear view mirrors available as an option in certain markets. At $2K+, no thanks. I just keep a $6 squeegee in the car if I am really in need.Having driven too many trucks , vans with no rear view through the rear view mirror, I hardly notice the poor design for the GV60 rear view. or change cableA new one happened today. Any time I try to access CarPlay the infotainment screen goes blank. Later today I'll be able to borrow a family member's iPhone and check to see whether the problem still exists.
When I can't see when backing up because my rear window is covered with road grime I don't think "I'm overthinking this concern". I do have a squeegee and have to use it far more often than I would like.I can't help feeling folks are overthinking this concern. Did you ever get your car back? Was considering buying through Genesis North Calgary / Country Hills Hyundai but your account sounds like a nightmare tbh.Didn’t lease my GV60 paid cash for same. While both Calgary Genesis and Genesis Canada are very apologetic and claim to be doing all they can 9 weeks without my new car is unacceptable and have told them that. They have indicated we will discuss compensation once my vehicle is fixed - they put this forward not me - however at this stage all I want is my brand new vehicle fixed and back in my possession! While no payments to make still paying vehicle insurance, etc on car that hasn’t been on the road in coming up 2 monthsEvery day I pass my Level 2 charger in my garage gathering dust I get more frustrated!
Regarding your door opening, today while driving on the freeway, the door opened, not all the way, but enough to let in air. The warning sounds came on. I couldn’t shut the door, so I had to pull over. I wonder if it’s because I had my knee slightly wedged between the door and the seat.My first summary had some impossible numbers too.
I've come across another issue - I was using a drive-through bank teller, and while leaning out the window (with weight on the driver's door) the door unlatched and swung open. Fortunately, neither myself nor the door were hurt.
This sounds like a second legitimate reason for Genesis to look into this VERY seriously and do a recall if warranted. This is a very dangerous malfunction. I would encourage Looney100 and Claris to contact Genesis immediately, if not already done so.Regarding your door opening, today while driving on the freeway, the door opened, not all the way, but enough to let in air. I had mine in to be checked out and they couldn’t replicate the problem. I tried to do so myself and couldn’t get it to happen, either. I assumed it was some freak, isolated issue. If it is more, it is definitely worthy of a recall. This sounds like a second legitimate reason for Genesis to look into this VERY seriously and do a recall if warranted. I am using the the MA1 as well, it has been perfect. I has never failed to connect. Glad it is the same with the S23+, I have my S23 Ultra being delivered Monday.Oh don't get me started on the Enel X app. The old one was bad but the new one is 10 times worse. I hate it. I can almost never get 100% charge and they swapped out the box already. As for Android auto, I use the Motorola MA1 with my old S22+ now S23+ and no issues at all. Takes a few seconds but no need to mess with cables and no issues with blank screens
