It was suggested that I should start a new thread for this.
The aluminum skuff plates (or kick plates) on the door sills are great, but when I saw the ones on the V8... jealous & lust are the right words.
You can get them from KAI-

They are $189 for both LH/RH front replacements. It is a GREAT price. I paid WAY more than that for mine from my dealer. KAI had them on their site, but they were not actually available until today. But they are now available for shippment from the great guys at KAI.
Installation-
Super simple- Using a flat screwdriver (always suggest wrapping the screwdriver in electrical tape to keep marking down), simply pry out the existing plates slowly. They'll come out with very little pressure. You'll find the V6 already has the electrical connector you need taped to the wiring harness. Simply plug it into the new LED skuff plate, and 'pop' it back in place. Both doors took me 6min. total.
I've done this on the front doors. I now have the dealer ordering the ones for the back doors. I haven't popped off the aluminum back door plates to verify, but I'm 99% sure the wiring will be there also. KAI doesn't yet offer the back door plates, but Belky & James tell me they will if there is demand (not sure how to tell them there is demand). I'll certainly post when I put on the back door plates.
When you look at the pics, the file names will help to identify what you're looking at. Have FUN!!!
