Been here awhile...
Darn nice car. If it had AWD option, I would consider it. After this winter in NE US, AWD is a must.
I have decided snow tires are a must. I could have been kidding my self as I badly wanted a V8 and those Brembo's...

Looks like they were supremely confident as they the media there with cameras going.Whenever I think about "auto-braking", I always think about this:

If the automaker's engineer forgot to do that, how many owners would forget? In the comments, there is a reference that an engineer forgot to turn off the "city driving" option, which disables the E-breaking.
I think we know how it is supposed to work, as several new cars are now introducing it and are advertising (such as Hyundai during the Super Bowl). The Infiniti Q50 claims to be first car to hit the market that has this feature. These type systems are made by same companies who supply the ABS brake systems, etc, such as Continental Automotive, the same supplier who provided the 2009-2014 Genesis ABS system (and probably 2015).That was a condensed video. There was a longer version that shows how the system is supposed to work.

I am not sure. I was just quoting a recent Infiniti Q50 commercial I saw on TV that claimed they are first to hit the market. Several car makers have had adaptive cruise control (including Genesis) but maybe none of those will bring the car to a complete stop?Hasn't Mercedes had this out since around 2010 with Distroinic?
