The brochure posted was from Eastern Washington State. The dealer tells me they have an order in for one and it is sitting in Portland Oregon waiting for the word to ship. October seems a safe bet.
i would have 100% taken a RWD V8 instead
A salesman doesn't want you to wait to buy a car, he wants you to buy one right now. He will tell you anything to get you to buy now. Anything.I'm in Wichita, KS and my dealer just notified me today that his rep "doesn't expect 2016's to ship until Nov/Dec. As I get more info, I will keep you posted." I sure hope he's wrong!
Check out this article. I know its from over seas somewhere but the mention of 450hp on the 2016 Genesis sounds interesting. I don't like the front facia on this car as much as I like the 2015 though.

I also see the Germans got the 3.8 WITH the 19" wheels among other things![]()
This is correct and applies to all Hyundai vehicles starting in 2016, except the Equus which already had the 5/60 warranty on everything. There does appear to be changes in the Genesis warranty for the 2016 model year, which are beneficial. The radio, Bluetooth and navigation system are covered for 5/60. Based on the website, Hyundai states that there is a bumper to bumper warranty for 5/60 on the 2015 Genesis, the coverage is limited to 3/36 for those items.
