Fog Light Harness in the 3.8L?

They do, but you have to know the part number. They don't have the 2015 catalog.

Ok - thx for clarifying. Price for fog lights there seems crazy high versus the eBay OEM sellers?

I don't know if you are referring to me but i haven't disappeared. I tend to browse the threads so I'm sure i miss some content. If you look at page 1 of this thread, i have pictures. I'd be curious what the service tech thought of those. I haven't tried following the wiring from there to see where it goes, but the connectors are definitely there.

No, I didn't mean you, I thought about marshal.jones and ngayde, sorry if I misspelled, they said that they installed with original wiring. Actually I saw these too, when my oil was changed, so it might be there, it would be simple task who is electric to check if the power comes from those wire to the fuse box in trunk or not. That's what I think. Regarding the stalk, if the 5.0 doesn't fit, then may be Canadian 3.8 might fit.
Need to do more research, because I don't like the way they are wired to my car right now. The guy from eBay who sold me the FOB card , he's from CA, told me that he can get any part I need from MOBIS , just need the part number and that's it , I was able to print out the wiring from Genesis who has the fog lights, it's from the Hyundai tech site. But I have no clue what means what, I can attach a pics here so maybe someone can see and I don't know have something to say

That's really expensive, the 500$ is for both lights or each?
The stalk costs almost same as the lights.
Do you need to buy both sides stalks? The only left side is not enough?
And these stalks are from which model 5.0?

...
Yeah, in Wisconsin the H-Track would be very helpful drive:)

Just figured out today the 5.0 car isn't an option for me anyhow as it doesn't have the heated steering wheel. heated rear seats and headlight washers...all of which I could use more than the driving lights. So its back to the 3.8 and either waiting until Hyundai adds them or someone confirms you can successfully add them in with a replacement factory stalk doing the switching.

I though you wanted the 3.8 H Track, it has those options except for the fog lights.
Can you go to Canada and buy car there?
Just asking if it's possible for us to buy a cars in other countries and register it in US, or you have to pay customs fee then?

Yeah, I do because of our snow here. I briefly thought about just moving up to the 5.0 and putting snows on it - that was before I realized it was lacking those items I mentioned.

I actually looked into the Canadian option...oddly their V6 car does not have an option to get the larger (9.2") nav system & controller. You have to get the V8 car to get that Nav system - but their V8 does have standard AWD - although its quite a bit more expensive than ours :)

That's really messed up :) So there is no way to get 3.8 Ultimate H-Track with larger navigation screen, fog lights, back and stealing wheel warmer , neither in Canada or USA ??? Also the same with 5.0, what is missing on Canadian we have here , but what we missing they have there? :)

Yes, it's 8.0 a whole 1 1/2 smaller, but other than that everything else is there

Ahh forgot about that one. The Canadian doesn't have a BlueLink and SirriusXM Satellite Data

Correct on the 3.8 - we miss out on the driving lights, the Canadians miss out on the 9.2" upgraded Nav...which is "interesting" logic. I would guess that Hyundai Canada and Hyundai USA are completely different companies with different brand managers :)

I'm not sure on the 5.0 if the Canadian car has anything we don't except for BlueLink and XM as you mentioned later?

Not related to fog lights but the other weird thing is the Canadians get some accessories I don't see in our list:

Cargo Net
Trunk Lip Protector (folds out over trunk lip)
Concealed Storage Trunk Tray

:)

I'd like to see a pic of the trunk tray - we don't get that one.

My car came with the cargo net. Back on topic I do want fog lamps (and LED DRLs).

There are two ways to wire the fog lights I help someone in my naborhood to in stall a harness we made with double relays for the fog light headlight and high beam control the least expensive way. we used one of the unused fuse terminals in the engine compartment fuse box and used a 7 amp breaker in between the lighted rocker switch and relay one swith by headlight on . when the highs are on relay two the fogs are off just like factory . relay three switches the power from the lighted rocker to the fog lights this is controled be a mini tap into a 10 amp spare located in the dirivers side fuse panel the enable relay turn on with engine running. the total cost of the project with the ebay fog no cutting needed was 510 dollars. It took 4 hours to wire and test . the other way I used the wiring that was there and a multi meter and voltage probe to check the circuit . the stalk I got form hyundai mobis those connectors you have to test each one one pin is a feedback pin used to illuminate the fog indicator on the dash you can use the first method I talk about and use a tap wire to the pin to illuminate the fog indicator on the dash . the wy i did it using the wire there was more exspensive both way will work. I am an electronic engineer

So does that mean that the connector for the stalk that must be present in the 5.0 models is not present in the 3.8's - so you can't just buy the 5.0 stalk and "plug it in" after installing the new stalk in a 3.8 - i.e., some splicing/custom wiring is still required?

Miwoo thank for your post on the stalk part number and the web sit.
There is power in fuse for the fog lamp in the trunk I check yesterday. I took my 3.8 to KIA DEALER today because of the missing information I was reading from the posts. KIA check my car wiring with the Huundai dealer. ALL OF THE WIRING FOR FOG LAMPS IS IN PLACE, PLUG AND PLAY. LOOK AT MIWOO post for web sit to order the part. I order my parts to night because I need to put this to rest I am loosening sleep at night. Hear are the parts number you will need to order. Or better yet give your self 3 week to see how I maid out. I going to have KIA DEALER to instal the stalk.
STALK part # 93400B1450 Cost $284.72
Wiring harness #9184B1040 Cost $157.40 Good luck.
