  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

It drives me crazy that they get the stitched Nappa leather in Canada and we get the suede insert in the US.
That’s the reason we went with the Sport Advanced, $5,000.00 less and you get the lighter wheels too.

Nice amber rear signal lights. Hope they don't turn red when they arrive stateside...

I like the amber color, but why did Genesis put them so low. The whole idea behind rear brake and directional lights is to be seen, hence the high mounted 3rd brake light. The higher the lights are, the easier they can be seen, especially two or three cars back. Putting any of these lights down in the bumper area doesn't seem like a good idea. Hyundai and Kia has been doing this for a few years now, and I'm sad that Genesis is following their lead. I just don't see any reason other than to be different. Is it aesthetics winning out over safety?
True, but if you can‘t see the blinkers you’re too close. Rules-of-the-Road says you should be able to see the bottom of the back tires when your stoped behind someone. I’m really much more annoyed with everyone in south Florida tailgating. The cops here don’t issue speeding tickets so everyone speeds while tailgating. I had to change lanes driving my Corvette again today to keep an older Toyota Corolla off my ass.

Ever hear of this guy? Just saw this for the first time.

That’s a great review! Nice find vin0770! He's totally right about the seats and comfort mode. Really good review, thank you for sharing.

This is the first time I’ve seen one of his reviews. Really good considering he did it all by himself.

Go to YouTube and check him out, he’s got a bunch of good ones! Part one of the GV70 is just about the car sitting there and he’s ranting about everything he thinks that’s so awesome about it. He has a great lead into it 👍🏻

Thanks again vin0770!

As an aside, and as a novice neuro-linguistic, I must point out that your use of the word ranting is unfortunately incorrect. Ranting is defined as a long, angry, and impassioned speech. Maybe you meant to say raving? Anywhoo(sic), no offense meant, just wanted to help.

Social media colloquialism

Some cool pov snow/ice driving in a GV70. Man that interior looks good on film!

Good to know that you can drive like a jerk in a Genesis in bad conditions just like the BMW or Audi owners.
