I would say it's particular to the vehicle, not the phone. My Samsung phone works in all other vehicles with pretty much any cable, but it won't work in the GV70 with those same cables - only 2 of the 10 or so I've tried work consistently.In most (not all) cases it is the cable. Especially with Samsung phones. They seem to be really particular about the quality of the cable used.

I live 270 miles from the nearest Genesis dealer. I will never buy an electric car.I'm glad to see some push back to all electric cars recently by car makers in Europe. Expect to see some push back this side of the pond. Hybrids using hydrogen or fossil fuels will probably win the day.
