JohnR2C, looking forward to seeing what you come up with :) . I would hope that the box would be sealed. My Genesis is quick and quiet. Wouldn't want the sound of all that air (swoosh) rushing into my C.A.I. to effect the quietness I've come to love :rolleyes: .

I have a 5.0 and drive it town, suburban, and highway. Looking for a real CAI to replace what is stock.

This cai combined with msa cats and dynomax exhaust, I would hope we would be picking up 25-30 ponies to the rear wheels.......and if aftermarket ecu/tcu tuning is ever completed these 5.0's will be sleeping beasts:) hopefully putting the r spec 5.0 at or near 470 at the crank.

Sorry all that I have been absent for some time, but I cannot continually promote our product now that we are closer to a release as we are not a supporting vendor to this forum. I can say I have finally gotten the confirmation that the parts are on order as I was shown the purchase order that had been sent to manufacturing and the expected lead time puts a release in mid-June. You can email me at jglass@r2cperformance.com and I will put you on a list to be updated whenever I get progress reports, or I can answer anything over email.

All you need to do is just tell us (on this forum) when the product starts shipping and ready for order.

Unfortunately no good news as of yet. I did hear during our morning engineering meeting that we are having timeline issues with one of our producers but our purchasing head was not in today to confirm or let me know if this has an effect on our system. I'll be following up with him to get more details in the morning tomorrow. I surely hope nothing has changed as its killing me waiting for this to come in.
