  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

SPYSHOTS: The next generation of the Genesis G80 is here

Im thinking the 5 spoke and the euro looking wire wheels will be for the Sport variant while the G Matrix wheels will be for the Ultimate models and phev model.

STOP with the big wheels already... I'm tired of replacing blown tires on my 19's... 20's would be fine on an SUV, you can use a higher profile tire. I hate freaking out when I hit a pothole at highway speeds or if I hit a bridge connector at the wrong angle.

G80. Could be going to get scrapped as they might not be needing this prototype anymore.

https://thekoreancarblog.com/2019/1...-t-gdi-3-0-diesel-and-8-dct-wet-transmission/ Hyundai has officially announced today the 2.5T and 3.5TT engines.
Interesting. Article infers the 3.5T will be a single turbo unlike the twin turbo setup on the current 3.3T. The new turbo will be water-cooled and have "unique responsiveness" (dual scroll like BMW ?). The hp/torque specifications seems low for this size engine (typical for a manufacturer to understate).

A major improvement is the multi-port FI setup (mPI) which will reduce/eliminate the issue of intake valve fouling on the current GDI engines

Huh so it seems like it is going to only be a single turbo setup and similar to BMW’s twin Scroll setup. Also Water-Cooled is what BMW currently uses in the B58 Inline 6 engines. If this is the case expect almost barely any turbo lag. Also Fuel-Economy could go up do to them using this setup rather then the Twin Turbo engines.

Nope still Twin Turbo.
