Wanted to bump this thread as it has some great info, and add in some information I've gathered.
Currently on the market there appear to be three options specific to the vehicle:
Reese @ ~$300
DrawTite @ ~$350-400
Genesis OEM @ ~$600
The Reese and DrawTite units appear to be nearly 1:1 clones of each other, and they may even be made by the same manufacturer and white labeled like many car parts.
There
are better options. They're just on the Korean market. A company called CubeRack, which produces parts domestically in Korea, has a GV70 tow bar with a 1500kg tow, 110kg tongue rating. It's designed in three parts, a main tow bar with a 2" hitch that drops down, and two L brackets. The L brackets bolt to the sides of the car where the factory bars go, and provide new sturdy bolt holes on the rear face of the vehicles frame where the bar can be placed behind the bumper completely hidden:

The L brackets mounted, rear of car and main tow bar are on the left of the picture. This is taken looking at the passenger rear corner.
This provides 2 of the 3(?) mount points -- for a total of 6.
Here's a blog where they show a few pictures of installation:

This person has a carbon rear diffuser installed, so it's not the cleanest pic but here's the obtrusion from the rear:
It would be nearly invisible once installed and the hitch was removed. A company like Stealth Hitches would generally take it a step further even and make the drop down removable.
This product is available on a few Korean websites, like Naver, in-stock, for $448 USD equivalent
I'm not sure if this is something that could be imported as a small group buy, or if someone could provide guidance on proxy purchasing units. I've forwarded a lot of this information to Steve at Stealth Hitches in hopes they'll reconsider manufacturing and designing one, but I'm unsure if I'll receive any kind of answer, positive or negative.
Just did a lot of research on this and wanted to dump it here on the group for posterity. Maybe someone with logistics experience in purchasing
KDM parts might chime in.
