Well my Genesis is going back in for the fourth time to fix the tilt on the steering wheel. I was so sure that the last fix was a good one that I had the car re-badged. The wings are really nice (front, back and wheels). Now I am debating whether or not to file the paperwork for the Florida Lemon Law. The car has already spent 17 days at the dealership for this issue during the last three visits to fix this. In Florida, its three unsuccessful fixes or 15 days out of service to apply for help via the lemon law. I am hoping Hyundai offers a solution before I have to wait for arbitration. Will let you know what happens.

I am in the same situation. My quandry is if they can't fix mine why would a new Genesis or Equus be any different? Until people report them to NHTSA (National Highway Traffice Safety Administration) and report a safety issue, instruments including speedo are blocked, there is no extreme urgency for Hyundai to find a fix. The difficulty they are having in finding a fix indicates a very complicated problem probably relating to software and hardware IMO.
What would I get if I lemonized my Genesis?
