Have had the 3.3T Sport RWD a bit over a month now and got a bit of a list of minor complaints. Some of these are definitely nitpicks, however:
- Lumbar being strange (e.g. "moving" the lumber at the lowest height just causes it to retract and the mid lumbar extends out, almost as if the lower lumbar is a separate component)
- Lumbar and bolstering not being included in seat memory
- No remote start button on fob
- No heated seats from app
- No light inside glovebox
- With there was a light on the trunk lid, rather than just the trunk "ceiling"
- Wish the middle rear seat seatbelt was attached to the seat so it doesn't extend when folded down, but not many cars in this class do that
- Brake pedal seems a bit too forward of the gas pedal or too far apart? I cant really tell what it is, but I have size 13 feet so its not a small foot problem. Makes flipping my foot between them a bit awkward, though this could be me.
- Intermittent app remote start issues (Heated features don't turn on from preset, need to manually switch off and back on in app to work, or remote start without preset)
- Having to use voice commands to fully cancel navigation, rather than the pause button
- Steering wheel seek/track direction reversing when inside radio menu and outside radio menu
- The mute button on steering wheel doesn't pause Carplay, but pauses bluetooth music
- Having separate volumes for each audio source is a bit of a fuss
- Being booted back to home screen when restarting car
- Hitting the climate "off" button after turning off again doesn't reset to last fan speed (have to manually adjust fan again)
- Auto AC direction not showing up in info bar, just shows "AUTO"
- Having the kind of TPMS that makes you drive to show pressure, rather than static
- Having incandescent bulbs for rear lights on a luxury car
- Not being able to close trunk manually, have to hit button to close (this is kinda big for curbside pickup)
- Not having capless fuel system (my 2019 Equinox has it)
- No auto lock when exiting car and walking away (again, Equinox had that)
- Some wind noise at higher speeds
- No USB-C
- Kinda wish lane keep button was moved onto steering wheel
- Back seats kind of tight
- Trunk is small for the class
- For auto-fold reverse mirrors I need to keep at least one mirror in "edit" mode, so I could in theory acidentally move one of my mirrors by accident with it on
- The default headlight setting is off, so in auto the knob of the stick is always rotated, but this is definitely my OCD
- Separating "Nav" and "Map", should just be one menu
- Not being able to customize "Home" screen (kinda find "My Menu" useless and would rather have a "Now Playing" button to go right back to the playing media)
- Some options that are in the DIS but would be better in the center screen settings menu
- No ambient lighting, even in the upcoming refresh
Now I know this seems like quite a long list of nitpicks, and it is, but that doesn't mean I don't love this car. It drives really well, and most of this is just because I'm still adjusting to it. Would love to know what everyone else thinks!
