Don't you get a 5 year warranty on the Fast wheels if you go through Genesis as opposed to 3 if you buy outside?

Hey all, I bought winter tires and rims directly from Genesis as part of my purchase and just has them installed at Downtown Hyundai Toronto.

G70 3.3T Sport, Siberian Ice.
10-spoke 18” black.
Michelin X-ice 3 (All four are 225/45).

Price included first mounting, balancing, and TPMS. Can confirm I paid nothing today. Very good service.

I think they actually look great for winters. Pics don’t do them justice - it’s a very dreary day.

This flat grey I think looks much nicer on the G70 in comparison to the Stinger I saw, very nice!

For those that have bought the X-Ice 3 how are you finding the road noise and ride quality on dry/wet, assuming the snow isn't flying out there yet? On Vancouver Island snow is a novelty and typically in Victoria an every other year thing that is maybe an issue for a few days. If I go up island to see the family then I may run into it so I want something that works well in the rain but still performs when its near freezing.

Marginally louder than the summers. Great grip and ride quality. It’s been raining for days in Toronto around 5 degrees and the car feels very surefooted.

I guessed as much. Mine looks grey in all lights except sunlight and nobody can tell it is green unless I tell them and they look closely!

has anyone had to use alternate lug nuts for the winter rims, or do the regular summer lug nuts fit just fine? i got the Fast 212 Switch OE-certified winter rim. nobody mentioned needing a 2nd set of lug nuts but i thought i'd ask before i do the swap in the next few weeks.

If you buy it from Genesis, you get the extra set. I believe it is just skinnier and longer maybe!

I just did my swap, and didn't need alternate lug nuts ... or at least I don't think so!

Those are very nice also and really compliment your car. Genesis has really given their customers some tough decisions to make when it comes to winter rims as they all look good.
