Re: 2014 Hyundai Genesis Sedan Spy Photos
Based on this, it seems that the interior (at least the rear) is a nice step up and competitive w/ the segment (as expected, not quite as nice as the rear interior of the K9, but the K9 slots btwn the Genesis and Equus).
But yeah, the key is the front/dash/center stack design.
Either the LA Auto show (November) or Detroit next year seems to be the timetable.
This, could, however, just mean the US reveal w/ the Genesis being revealed for the Korean market beforehand, since the Genesis still seems slated for a 4Q Korea launch.
Figuring the usual 5-6 months on the Korean market before it hits NA, we're probably looking at sometime in the 1st Q of 2014 or the 2nd Q.
If it's early in the 1st Q (say Jan.), likely will be slated a 2014MY but Hyundai has been known to launch a model almost an entire year ahead when it is new gen model.

Just watched the Genesis concept reveal and Hyundai CEO John Krafcik said that the next generation production model Genesis won't be revealed until this time at next year's auto show (Jan 2014).
I heard that too...the first time, I thought it was a slip/mistake, but on the recent Q&A it was re-iterated by Mr Krafcik via an answer to an owner posed question.
Hmmm, maybe the KDM rls won't happen in late Q3 early Q4.
So does that mean it will be a 2015 Model Year release for North American versions?
