I only have one dislike about the new genesis: the hard seat cushion.
I've read how some people love the new seats but Motorweek mentioned the seats were firm and I should have paid more attention.
I have a 150 mile commute and after an hour in the car I start getting sciatica.
The seats start to feel like you are sitting on a wooden church pew, which is strange because my 2012 Genesis never had this problem.
I tried the seats in the 2016 and they are the same.

My Tech/Ultimate seats are soft and comfortable. Not sure if you need to break yours in a bit.

The seats have so many adjustments that I change seating positions after driving a while. Change the lumbar support, tilt the seat up or down, move the side adjustments, move the seat extender. Change the steering wheel position. No, these don't change the hardness, but it might help your sciatica.

I think it's under setup/settings, then system info. I will double check and post tomorrow. Can you do the HD radio test and post what you are seeing?

I have the signature package only, and my car's cluster displays the HD channel +1 thing just as described by you.

This is a junior level developer bug that should never have gotten past code review, much less testing, much less release. The team doing the cluster display code didn't communicate very well with the team doing the radio display code.

Basically, it's a "index" versus "index + 1" problem that has crept into code for computers since before the earth cooled. Most objects and arrays are iterated with zero based counters or indices, i.e. they start counting at zero. But it's rare you want to display that to the user, so you display "index + 1" so zero becomes one.

Regarding the HD Radio vs. Cluster display issue, it would be interesting to find out:

1. Does anyone with a later build Signature NOT have this issue?
2. Does this also affect Tech Package? (Same head unit, but different dash cluster)

It looks like mine is an earlier version than yours or Seejay's. My car is just a couple of weeks older than his.

While this is not a major issue, I will mention it at my first service.

May be a dislike, or maybe my car has an issue.
But the turn signal and wiper levers have no lights in them.
Absolutely cannot see the settings on them at night.
Anyone else notice this?

I think you are correct about them not being lit. Turn signal, lights and high beams on the left and the wipers on the right work pretty much like any other car. Plus the wiper settings show up on the LCD cluster display when you change the settings (off, auto, low, high plus the auto sensitivity).

Ah, I didn't know about the wiper settings showing on the LCD. That's great to know. Thanks!

One night I was driving and noticed my auto high-beams weren't working. So I went to look at the light settings on the stalk to make sure the lights were set to Auto, and that's when I noticed I couldn't see what they were set at because the stalk was not lit.

Probably just need to get used the the car a little more.

I think it's a great car, btw.

Very few vehicles have lighted turn signal stalks. I haven't seen one.

Pano moonroof in my 3.8 Ultimate ratttles like F##KING hell on any slightest rough roads. REALLY F##KING annoying.

Indications for the lights show up on the cluster above the LCD screen.

Take in and have it replaced - escalate to HMA if the dealer can't adequately address.

1. So adjust your steering wheel if you need to see them...btw, you can set them to do 3, 5 or 7 blinks and auto turn off!
2. Really? What car does and why are you frequently adjusting your vents (and at night)? I set them once and have never touched them again.
3. No idea what your are talking about? Are you concerned about reversing too fast? Why? Is it that hard to manage the gas pedal in reverse?

BTW - You get the award for the lamest dislikes I've yet seen! :D
