  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

The OFFICIAL Air Suspension Thread

Riouxx

Whats your front offset? i was thinking some weds 20x9.5 +14 and 20x10.5 +18 i want to poke like the whips and chocolate genesis from canada but i want my front to poke more than his. do you know which car i am referring to?

You can PM him and ask what his VIP Modular setup was. Ri0uxx hasn't been online here since 2/14 so I doubt he would respond. You could ping him on instagram though @GUILLERMO_DEL_RIO. Looks like he has a gen coupe now but this is him http://www.online-instagram.com/user/guillermo_del_rio/42647806/634804786552364590_42647806

Well, so sorry I was away from the forum for so long. Good to see some more progress in peoples cars. LeighANidas, I must ask, where did you get those front brackets? And what rear brackets are you using as well?

Universal air suspension sold me bags and all the brackets for front and rear

I think i actually found them on bagriders. Uas front threaded mount and genesis coupe rear mounts. Im thinking of doing different mounts from what im currently running

are you having issues with yours?

A small bit. The front bracket on mine isn't as thick so there's a little travel lost before the top even meets the bottom of the top part of the strut. If that makes sense. And the rear, on one side the bag slightly contacts the lip of where the spring sits. The rear mounts u have which are coupe mounts according to bagriders allows the bag to sit lower so there's a bigger gap between the bag and the spring perch compared to d-cup mounts. I also had relay issues where one compressor would only work and I'd keep killing relays on one compressor. So I went with the big Accuair relay. Other than that, everything is good.

I'm selling a Airlift v2 management system, includes management, controller and harness ready and set up for two compressors.

You upgrading to the Airlift V3 or going with E-Level?

Undecided

BTW, i got my prada side covers. I cant for the life of me figure out where exactly the mounting brackets go

Can you move this comment to the following thread? So we can have the discussion over there. Genesis Prada Engine Bay

I added a post the other day with the part numbers and installation pics.

Short teaser video for a new local car magazine for North Carolina launching next month. Local videographer posted this video yesterday taken during our small get together for the cover. Check out @treydevon_ @stancedvisuals @midnightrush.photo

Did I Randomly Film StanceNation??

Have to say I like the clip of my air setup with the smoke.

Did any of you guys use adjustable end links? If so what particular ones

Talking about the front swaybar end-links? Didn't see where anyone made them so I pieced my own together from McMasterCarr components. Ended up taking them off because it wasn't the source of the front end popping sound I was having.

My bad. I was talking about the rear

instagram user @them_jokes_tho had T-Demand make adjustable front upper arms for camber. Imagine they could make a set of rear end links if you would like them to.

Here's my bagged 2015 5.0

Thanks for adding pics of your car to the thread. Looks amazong and would love to be able to see it in person sometime. Pretty sure your running AirForce Suspension but if you could add some more details of your build that would be great.

What's up guys, just picked up my 13' R-spec and since my speed3 was on air its time to put the Genesis on air too. I am more looking into bag over coils since the company I lien toward (airlift was on my speed) doesn't offer a kit for us. My question is, what are you guys doing for bags and brackets now? I couldn't find Forjworks website anymore (assuming they went out of business) and I hear everyone using D-cups. Is there a particular D-cup used? Maybe the 1st gen genesis coupe cup's from UAS? Please help me out here as much as possible. Thank you.

Well that blows. I have forjworks brackets up front, looks like they may still be contacted thru their fb page. Damn, looks like dorbritz design site is down as well. Go to bagriders.com. Get the aero sport threaded brackets, i believe they fit most strut bodies. For the rear, id stay away from dcups. Mine started to gouge the bag up top. I suggest the genesis coupe rear brackets. Me and another member in this thread have them.
