  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

2020 G70 U.S. availability

Are incentives the same for the 20's? Is there a price increase?

No incentives yet for the 2020s and the price has increased. I think around $700 or so.

I’ve seen a dealer advertising 2020s at $3K off and one Canada dealer showing lease, cash and conquest incentives on 2020s. This is at least according to those dealer websites. I realize Canada may have some different rules than NA does. Tried searching, DFW, Austin, Houston and San Antonio, just seems Texas is SOL for the moment on 2020 models. Lots of other states are showing at least something in transit, no Texas though.

^^nothing within 250 miles of me in New England either.

California has TONS of 2020’s. More than other States from what I could tell.

Yes, we went from famine to feast. One reason, of many, we still see few G70s here in “the OC” is people like me who simply gave up on waiting.

As much as I do enjoy my 2016 535i, wallet is getting nailed on the poor gas mileage, the premium fuel and that I can’t use Costco gas...so maybe I can find a great deal on a 2019, now that 2020’s are here.

whats the gas mileage on a 5 series? the G70 isnt exactly known for being light on the wallet in that area either...along with the suggestion of only using premium gas for best performance

Why can't you use Costco gas? It is Top Tier and should meet/exceed the Octane requirements.

2020 G70 officially on the website now. G80 is still on 2019. You cannot build it yet though. Looks like their genius web designers are at it again.

Can’t wait for the 2020s to show up on the East Coast and updated brochures too.

Has anyone found any pictures of the 2020 2.0T automatic Sport trim with the Brembo brakes? The Sport trim should now come with performance brakes, but I haven't seen any examples with the Brembo calipers.

Would not the 2.0 look the same as the 3.3 sport less the insignia on the rear of the car? Unless wheels are different from 2.0 sport to 3.3 sport?

For 2019, the 2.0T Sport looks different in that it doesn't have Brembo calipers and it has twin exhausts on one side instead of dual exhausts one per side (the diffuser is different in general too). The 2020s add performance brakes that the 3.3T have, so theoretically it should have the Brembo calipers but I have yet to actually see them.

All 2.0T always had and has twin exhaust on one side only. Except...perhaps...in S. Korea.

Also Brembo only on 3.3T (except 6MT and Canada).

Saville silver seems to be darker/deeper than santiago silver? Or my eyes are just tricking me.
