Not sure that it was ever implied that the way someone dressed was a "key" to anything at a car dealershipThe way you dress is key to a lot of things, but NOT buying a car. If they want to earn business they'll show everyone respect. Lamborghini has actually trained their sales teams to do so, regardless of what their perception of the person is.
The point was just made that generally speaking people dress better at luxury car dealers ships..its just a fact
When you go in Nordstom..Neiman Marcus etc....dont you notice that people are dressed nicer than they are at Kohls?
As far as salespeople...they make generalizations based on the way people present...Everyone does
