I like SCC when the car ahead is at nearly the same speed, or when someone unexpectedly jams on the brakes. When there is a slowpoke ahead it has a tendency to brake sooner and harder than I would like
We were in an area this weekend that we knew very well but still use the NAV system to dial in our destination. We were taking our normal short cuts ignoring the NAV system and this time before she recalculates, she tells us something to the effect that there is extreme traffic and to make a U-Turn. Of course we ignore her. Come to find out we should have listened. There was a convention going on and the traffic was backed up.
Cool feature for sure and going forward when we hear that warning again, we will adhere to it.![]()
Also confirmed.
Speaking of hot days, I do like the remote start from the website. As long as I'm on the one internet-connected computer in our office (which I'm normally not), I can start the car before I leave my office and it'll be cool by the time I get out to the parking lot.
I complained about not having a keyfob remote start when I first got the car. I realize now that the keyfob wouldn't have enough range to start the car from my office, and if I started it from the parking lot it wouldn't have enough time to cool off before I got to it.

how about a smart phone????
I don't know whether this should be classified as a "like" but we were traveling through the White Mountains last week and my wife asked me what altitude we were at. Not knowing I decided to ask Siri. She replied " I don't know but don't look down". I wasn't aware that Siri had a sense of humor. I guess that's a like. Being able to access Siri by holding the talk button is pretty neat.
If you go into the setup menu, one of the GPS icons will give you not only the GPS coordinates, but also altitude.I don't know whether this should be classified as a "like" but we were traveling through the White Mountains last week and my wife asked me what altitude we were at.
