I ordered a kit from u guys back on August 4 and I haven't recieved it. U told me it would take 5-10 days and its been 20 days later! I just wrote u guys lastnight again on my order status and I got no answer. What kind of shoe maker shop u running over there?

On Thursday u told me "We will assess your order in order to provide more information as to why it has not arrived. Expect an update via email shortly."

Well its been 4 days later and have yet to get an email back... Where is my order I paid for?

Holy crap, I got my Winged Emblems from South Korea to here in Canada in 12 days, can't see how it can take that long from the states...Sorry but thats pretty bad service. He ordered the kit on Aug 4 and it's now Sept 21 ?? and no email correspondence.

Ya sorry maybe your right, I just noticed the gap in dates between Giostars' post and the DiodeDude's post.

Maybe Giostar can chime in and advise if he got the parts and how long it took. I don't want to give DiodeDude a bad rap if he got the parts soon after Giostars last post.

Genesis owners....

I ordered an HID kit back on December 8 for my Sonata and did received the kit right away. Bad news is that I was shipped the incorrect bulbs. Paul stated he would ship out a new set right away, but this was forever ago and of course he will not reply to my email's or voicemail now.

He sent me 3000K for my headlights Should have been 4300K.

This is too bad, because I had good experiences with Diode Dynamics more then once with past orders.
