*Update*
After speaking with HMA last week they told me they would contact the dealership and I would hear something in 7-10 business days.
Of note they keep saying they never heard of this problem with our cars...I wonder if we post our claim numbers after problem is fixed if that would make the process easier for other members with this issue?
I got a call this morning from dealership and they ordered me a new motor and should arrive 3-5 days.
The number I called for HMA is 877-277-0012.
Ugh, they want to do another consumption test, with 5/30 oil. Ack. I would fight them on this but I am in no hurry and the consumption test we did was odd, .5/2/.5 and likely causing them to scratch their heads.
