  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Sorry for the delay, I don't get emails when someone comments on the thread like other forums.

I just took this real quick with iphone. Can't wait to lower this.

vast, that looks really good!

Thanks! It will look better when coils are installed.

Vast, your car looks great. I had a 2013 in black and never got around to putting wheels on it. Traded it in for my 2015 in June!

verwey, I think when lowered it will be just the look you're looking for! With the white on white, I'd be tempted to add red or black caliper covers.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
thanks Aquineas, the crappy cell phone photos are just that....crappy. the wheels are actually "gloss silver" I am extremely happy with the look but like I said before it needs to come down a little. this car is my baby and I want it to look just right...Im almost afraid to drive it because of how ridiculous the back end looks right now, good thing its still winter in WI and I have a short while to get it where I want it.

there was another thread with some photos of another white car that had black vinyl over the grill and rocker trim, Id like to find that again because I think that looked great.

I believe this is the post you're referring to.

Looks good Aquineas! Now that you've got the wheels and springs, are you happy with the overall look? Do the wheel gaps bother you at all? I obsessed over them and couldn't stand them. Hopefully you like your setup more than I liked mine. It looks good on your car though!

Thanks Reggie! No the gaps don't bother me at all, but the different concave levels of the wheels is driving me bonkers. I think I'll probably order another set of front wheels with a higher offset sometime down the line.

Isn't it funny how the smallest things drive us nuts? Things that other people probably don't even notice. I couldn't stand the gaps whereas you don't mind them and your front wheels look just fine but you hate how less concave they are than the rears. How funny! I honestly didn't even notice how less concave they were. With that said, isn't the point of having a staggered setup to have the rear wheels more concave or have a larger lip (if your wheels were to have a lip). I honestly think your car looks great!

You know something? You're absolutely right. Upon thinking about I realized that the the "concaveness" of the wheel is also a function of the differences in the width of the wheels, which I can't really do anything about anyway. Point taken, and again I have to remember, first world problems. Cheers!

alright just one more good side shot, I cant stop looking at it!
