Prices paid to lease 2015 Genesis?

Thanks!!!

Nice looking car. That color was on my list to buy as well. Post up your Build date once you check it. As for your phone, are you using the Voice Command button on your steering wheel or are you trying to make the call through your cell?

I never see mine as that color that's why I asked if it is Empire State Gray, My Parisian gray always bluish . I thought the side marker on the rear lamp does not light at all.

I tried making the call 3 ways, voice, phone and from the touch screen. In the evening the car definetly looks darker than in the sun light. I guess different lighting conditions can change the appearance but i haven't noticed a blue tint....

Ok here are the details:
Build date 11/14/14

Original MSRP $52,450.00 + $1,499.00 for something called appearance package that includes lifetime oil changes and nitrogen air in the tires.

Total $53,949.00 agreed selling price $49,946.79 and a $2,000.00 rebate was applied. Selling price $47,946.79

Residual $29,896.50

My paperwork says $4,898.00 due at signing, I assume that is the $2,000.00 rebate and $2,898 in dealer hold back???? Because I only paid $900.00 total out of pocket which included my 1st payment DMV and some misc fees.

remaining 35 months $529.49 @ 10k a year. I thought is was 12k, not a big deal.

The side marker was just from the flash.... I was unhappily surprised when I went and looked at it last night...lol In daylight I can see a slight blueish tint.

I was told that there is no 10k/yr lease deal from hyundai by multiple dealers. I am sure dealer can make up a lot of things, perhaps 10k is one of them. My genesis was $52,8xx. Final selling price was about $47k after all rebates & etc applied. From what I gather, about 47 is as good as one can do for 53k genesis for now and i think it is good enough deal.

For sure. I think its a good deal.

$1221 + 35 payments of $534 after tax.

12k miles/36 months

45095 price on ~52k MSRP

Buyout is ~27k. Which accounts for the guy who is paying slightly less but has 6k fewer miles with a 29k buy out.

45k on 52k car is definitely a good deal! I wonder if 5.0 V8 has anything to do with it? Do not know since it never occurred me to go for RWD. Around the time I bought my car in Northern VA, I saw a plenty of 5.0s on the lot at several dealers but not too many 3.8 AWD Ultimates anywhere.

Speaking of 5.0, I wonder what lateral Gs 5.0 with adjustable suspension pulls? I think 3.8 pulled .87 from one of reviews I read which is very good considering previous generation 5.0 R pulled similar or less numbers.

Mostly 3.8's on the lots and searches now. Fewer 5.0 Ultimates. Not surprising considering the elevated price on a Hyundai lot and many reviews touting the V6 over the V8.

I would of loved to get a 5.0 but I needed AWD. It's snowing!!! My first drive in the snow with it even though its just a dusting so far....lol

Most competing dealers politely called me a liar.

'if you can get that deal, I'd go get it, but call me when the price changes' sorta thing.

This particular dealer has the highest inventory volume of any hyundai dealer I could find. (900+ total cars on hand).
The biggest reduction in price came when they put $1500 dealer hold back and an additional $500 into the deal.

Personally, I was always looking at the v8. I actually wanted the ultimate package but there were only 10-15 of them in socal at the time and no one would trade with the guy who gave me the great price. This dealership actually had the owner and his son in two of their black on black 5.0 ultimates they were willing to sell, but I wanted a new new one.

There were ~1000 units of other 2015 Genesis' but I'm not sure on the breakdown for 3.8/5.0.
Lots of 3.8 package configurations and they're potentially a lot cheaper so I'd assume the bulk of the inventory are 3.8s.

For anyone looking at a lease, check out truecar, it's where I was able to find the closest to the bottom dollar.

45095 adj cap cost on the 5.0 and 47900 for the adj cap cost on the 5.0 ultimate for monthlies of 534/574 respectively and about 1221/1278 cash due (including first month).

I'm at the tinter now $150. Wings emblem is home $9 and fog light are on their way from Korea, ebay $345 shipped!!!

What made you pay 345 for fogs when they are on ebay for $225 shipped are there different ones and do you know if the bumper needs to be taken off?

Are they OEM for $225 shippped? The bumper does not have to be taken off. There is a cover under the bumper that has to come off then it is just a couple of bolts that have to come out to remove the blanks and the OEM fogs go in their place with the same bolts. My fogs came today.

Pretty much describes my lease deal except that my monthly note is (hope you're sitting down ) 0.18 cents cheaper per month!!!
I had my dealer write me a check for my trade rather than use the trade to reduce the lease costs.

LOL Awesome!!!!! What are you going to do with that extra $6.48?????????

No. You have to have them wired. There is no harness or switch in place. It is very simple. Any mechanic can do it.
