If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

The OFFICIAL Air Suspension Thread

my bad. I was skimming through so many threads. im not sure who is running bags over coils but it was somewhere in the forum in one of these threads im searching around. but what is the cost right now after its all said and done with the air setup? I been setting money aside slowly.

Forgot that Ri0uxx was running bag over coil, he had a silver one but now has his second genesis that is black. Believe SMA coils with custom brackets, UAS bags and Airrex management. You can see his car here - Whips and Chocolate - Korean Madness

Now there are two running bag over coil since ghicks99 just installed his.

As far as price breakdown goes I'll have to look at my spreadsheet because there are so many different combinations. Kit with management, kit without and piece together, bag over coil, compressor type and size, tank size, etc.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
So what's going on with af suspension and thier shipping?

I'm ordering bags in the next two weeks, don't want to wait three months for bags.
Looking for a dealer in the states, anyone know anybody ? I will go with accuair kit if I have to just to not wait.

Any news or ideas of what I should do? Looking for full bolt on kits, don't have time or want to fab anything together

Received a text this past Monday saying I would have tracking this week... Again nothing. Text them and no response. I went with Tony hosang Jung who is an airforce rep in Cali. He's been great but the third party he has to communicate through to airforce is laggy. Here's to hoping I'll have a tracking number soon.

Wow I really don't want to wait long.

I used a different rep out here on the east coast. I did not receive a tracking number when mine shipped out but was told this was due to the secretary being on vacation. It surprised me when the kit finally showed up. Not really pleased with the experience.

Lol I didn't either... It will be worth it in the end. Wait til you guys see the tank setup VipdoutAZ is working on for mine.
Interested in seeing this tank setup. He said he was helping out a friend on his bag install soon, take it that is you SlowFL2. Any teaser info??

The Accuair rep told me delivery time on the TWR system was 21-30 day lead time. That was back in October so it might be shorter now.

Yeah emailed Keith today, he said 21 days max

So are you going to be the first on the forum to get the Accuair kit? Price was a bit higher IIRC. Maybe he can cut you a deal.

Quick update,

Just order two 3 gallon tanks. And purchased autopilot v2 airlift management kit with dual compressor harness and two viair 444c compressors from a guy out in Chicago. With a 5 gallon steel tank I will be selling.

Still waiting on that check to order the bags/struts from accuair

Finally looked at my spreadsheet for cost, brace yourself...

6 Grand when you add up Suspension Components, Management, Building Supplies, Fittings, and the tools needed that I didn't have. Don't want to know how much it would cost to pay someone else to do it. Pretty sure that everyone here did self installs.

I've got a folder full of receipts myself... Hesitant to add it all up.

Don't do it and definitely don't let the girlfriend or wife see it!!!! My S13 build spreadsheet makes me cry just thinking about it.

Haha I'm one of the lucky ones in that sense... The wife unit even bought my wheels as an xmas present. ;) I still wouldn't let her know the total though... Bricks would surely be shat.

Just wondering if anyone cutout any of their front fender. I know the car basically sits aired out right on top of the tire and from looking in the well it looks like some of the inner can be cutout and still have it look normal under the hood. Just want to get a little more drop and over all travel out of the fronts. Whats the highest you guys can lift in the front with the sleeve bag setups?

Also, what kind of range are you getting out of your I-level/ I ran extension and have the antenna sitting on the back deck. Im doing some research to see if our xm antenna is on a close enough frequency as it would be a nice possible option since its outside of the vehicle.

Have not modified my inner fender well but might increase the size of the access hole when looking down from inside the engine bay. My arms bottom out there before the tire sits on the inner fender. Haven't measured the range of lift but would depend on your strut height and max air setting. My collar has approx 1.75" of threads exposed and tank pressure set to 150 max since my water traps are only rated for 150. My full range of travel I'd estimate to be between 5-7".

Had mine mounted underneath the car but range was not that great. Moved mine into the trunk and range seems to be a few feet better. I thought about running an extension with antenna tucked under the bumper somewhere but haven't yet. I'd say 20ft max but connect ability is hit or miss. Feel like it needs to be refined. What range are you seeing and any pics of the antenna location?
