  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

It was Feb 22nd of this year. My 2011 Genesis 3.8, platinum silver metallic with black interior, replaced my '99 Dakota 5.2L which had 205K on her. Still ran like a champ but the MPG was worsening somewhat. I thought long and hard about keeping it as well, but when it comes to my vehicles I tend to suffer from OCD and half the weekend would've been toward detailing vehicles.

I did own a Santa Fe for 150K miles. Great vehicle, no problems all. Then I had a Mustang Convertible. Loved it put a smile on my face when I drove it. No doubt the Genesis is the best car I've ever owned. Really enjoy the luxury. Looking forward to a 13 hour trip next month. Averaging 23 mpg with the V8 on this tank.

2014 Mercedes-Benz E350 4Matic. Yes, really.

2006 hyundia sonata v6 with 140,000 miles on her. I loved that car and she agreed that the r spec was a fine replacement.

Well, I traded in 2013 Santa Fe Sport 2.0T AWD with 5300 miles on the clock. I liked that car but I feel much better in sedan. Not to mention an R-spec is much quicker and ....faster :D

Traded in my 2011 Nissan Maxima SVS for a 2012 R-Spec. Got sick of the Maxima's torque steer. Wanted a refined sedan with some balls and rear wheel drive. Would love a BMW 550 or M5 but not looking to drop that much cash. So far I'm pretty happy with the upgrade.
